Namrata has been practicing law for nearly 20 years. In the course of last two decades, she has advised clients from diverse industries and sector, on varied legal issues, principally all aspects related to doing business in India. She has represented both the investor and the investee companies and therefore understands the concerns of both parties.
She has considerable experience on advising on legal issues relating to corporate transactions, structuring of entry strategies, foreign direct investment and corporate secretarial compliances.
Namrata is a member of Bar Council of India and Delhi High Court Bar Association. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in History from University of Delhi.
